Will these
services enable me to save some money so I don’t have to hire extra workers or
temp workers?
Yes! In times like these consumers and
businesses want things done yesterday. In reality, that’s not always a
feasible option. Now you don’t have to worry about hiring extra employees
or temp workers. We can do your extra work when it piles up so you don’t
get behind. No job is too small because it makes a big difference to
you. Also, the cost of us doing some of your work would be cheaper than
hiring a bunch of extra people.
Do you only
offer one kind of each service?
Absolutely not!
Our services can be tweaked and twisted into what fits you. We are here to help you and there are so many
different businesses out there that we need to be able to conform our services
into what fit your needs. There are many kinds of packages we can do, the
sky is the limit. It is mostly based on what you need and what you are
able to pay. Don’t forget, the more complicated, lengthy, and detailed a
presentation is, the more it will cost. This is true of any
business. Don’t worry; you will certainly get what you paid for!
What if I’m
already doing my bookkeeping on my own system?
Not a problem.
We use QuickBooks but our bookkeeper is trained on Peachtree. This enables her to be able to transfer the
information into our system. It might
take a little time but it can be done.
We can work out any transfer problem.
I only have
a few employees. Can it really
financially benefit me to have you do our payroll and books?
It actually does, believe it or not. If you’re not trained in bookkeeping, it can
be overwhelming to handle on your own. Rules, regulations, laws, new programs,
updates, shortcuts, won’t be something on your mind because you’re focusing on
your business. This way we can help you
focus on running your business and gaining more clients and money. It also takes a load of stress off of
you. Your bookkeeping is the financial
foundation of your business. It should not be taken lightly. Any questions we have if a problem comes up
can be solved by keeping in contact with our associates at the IRS and fellow
CPAs. This is time that you don’t have
to spend worrying.
